Looking for sweating/stretching/chilling out class to kick the day off before football gets going? Welcome to the mat. Requests for mobility targets and favorite postures are always welcome and encouraged.

For any and everyone! Guys and girls. The flexible and not-so-flexible. The healthy and the injured. The yin and the yang. This will be a traditional yoga class that incorporates a vinyasa (flow), hatha (mind/body balance), and restorative (rest and relaxation) styles to help you find your Zen/Zone on a Sunday morning.
