Yoga, but for all you guys. Taking traditional yoga and tailoring it to the gentleman contingency. Can’t touch your toes? Totally fine. Can’t find the bottom of a yogi squat? We’ll work on it. Looking for sweating/stretching/chilling out class to kick the day off before football gets going? Welcome to the mat. Requests for mobility targets and favorite postures are always welcome and encouraged.

For any and everyone! Guys and girls. The flexible and not-so-flexible. The healthy and the injured. The yin and the yang. This will be a traditional yoga class that incorporates a vinyasa (flow), hatha (mind/body balance), and restorative (rest and relaxation) styles to help you find your Zen/Zone on a Sunday morning. Requests for mobility targets and favorite postures are always welcome and encouraged. This is an all levels class.
Kaitlin is a graduate of the U of MN Twin Cities with degrees in both Psychology and Kinesiolgy. She went on to study Physiotherapy (Physical Therapy) at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland. She is a physical therapist and yoga teacher working here in Mankato.
Kaitlin found CrossFit in March of 2013 and has enjoyed everything the fitness and community has brought to her life. When she’s not at CrossFit or Yoga, she’s working on a therapy dog certification with her dog, Maddie, crafting in community ed, playing volleyball, traveling, or recovering on the couch from yesterday’s WOD.
