Instructed by coach Josh Ruiz. STRENGTH programming is designed to increase strength and power. The program is 3 days per week in a class setting and coach led. Each day you will perform both Olympic and Power lifts. Daily strength workouts will be posted to ZenPlanner so you can have your designated percentages calculated before class. This program is month by month and includes accessory work over the entirety of the program.
