The focus of the Kato Crossfit Oly Class is for individuals to learn and practice proper skills necessary to performing Olympic lifts such as the snatch and clean & jerk while emphasizing form and creating optimal performance.

We use accessory lifts including but not limited to snatch and clean deadlifts and pulls, snatch balance, snatch push press, front and overhead squat along with position snatches and cleans.

The goal of this class is to help gain knowledge so you can assess and critique your own lifts and understand how to correct common faults.
