All CrossFit Lite classes are beginner friendly, no need to have any experience. We will be working on core strength, mobility, endurance and strength training in a one hour time block!
All classes are lead by a CrossFit Level 1 instructor who have plenty of experience in the field of health and wellness to help guide you towards your fitness goals!
