CrossFit Lite is a program created just as it sounds. In this class, our main focus is building core strength and endurance. It’s a great place for someone new to CrossFit to start their journey!
Each class is led by one of our experienced CrossFit Level-1 Coaches from start to finish and will include warm-up, mobility, skill training, and conditioning workouts.
