CrossFit is a fitness program designed to increase an athletes general physical preparedness. The program uses functional movements performed at high intensity. We constantly vary those movements to achieve maximum results.

Welcome Newcomers! Here, you have found the best way to start your fitness journey with CrossFit. This program is designed to kick start your new fitness plan with sound mechanics of movement as well as begin to build the base to a better you!

All Fuse classes are beginner friendly, no need to have any experience. We will be working on core strength, mobility, endurance and strength training in a one hour time block!  All classes are lead by a CrossFit Level 1 instructor who have plenty of experience in the field of health and wellness to help guide you towards your fitness goals!

Fuse is also a 35-minute class, designed for those who are short on time or want to get in the gym, and get out quickly while still completing a great workout.


The focus of the KatoCrossfit Oly Class is for individuals to learn and practice proper skills necessary to performing Olympic lifts such as the snatch and clean & jerk while emphasizing form and creating optimal performance.

We use accessory lifts including but not limited to snatch and clean deadlifts and pulls, snatch balance, snatch push press, front and overhead squat along with position snatches and cleans.  The goal of this class is to help gain knowledge so you can assess and critique your own lifts and understand how to correct common faults.


Instructor led yoga for anyone and everyone! Guys and girls. The flexible and not-so-flexible. The healthy and the injured. The yin and the yang. Yoga is free for current members and only $5 for non-members. So bring your friends!

This is a traditional yoga class that incorporates a vinyasa (flow), hatha (mind/body balance), and restorative (rest and relaxation) styles to help you find your Zen/Zone.

Requests for mobility targets and favorite postures are always welcome and encouraged. This is an all levels class.

Best Self Challenge

The challenge consists of 3-5 coach led workouts a week, nutrition guidance, and a rockstar accountability system. We have opened up all of our classes for the challenge! You have the option of CrossFit or CrossFit Lite classes, which means access to the full class schedule!

AM: 5:00, 6:00, & 8:30
PM: 12:00, 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, & 6:30

AM: 8:30, 9:30, & 10:30

Could you make 3 of these class times per week? All of the classes are Coach led and about 60 mins long!
